The Post-Publish Battle: On Writing and Letting Go {a guest post at The Better Mom}

Happy Sunday morning to you my friends!  I’m excited this morning to point you in the direction of The Better Mom website, where they are graciously hosting my writing today.

This guest post was birthed in the same season as I was beginning my recent What I’ve Learned in 1 Year of {serious} Blogging series, and I would consider it kind of an unofficial part of that series.

So Ladies,

Lots of us are bloggers, right?

[If you aren’t, could I give you a peek into a frequent blogger-struggle?]

But first, some background:

I began blogging “seriously” in August, 2012.

I had blogged inconsistently for years. But midway through 2012, I felt God asking me to step into more intentionally sharing what He’d put inside me.  To stop being silenced by insecurity.

So I overhauled my blog.  Determined my mission, vision, etc.  Began purposefully writing within those things.

As I’ve grown in my ability to confidently write my heart, insecurity has once again reared its head, but in a new form.

I’m continually blessed by the wise, welcoming community over at The Better Mom.  Could I invite you to c’mon over and finish reading?

Know someone who'd appreciate this?
